適用範囲
本規約は、YouTube Operations Platform（以下「本ツール」）の利用に適用されます。本ツールは運営者の社内利用を目的としており、第三者に対して一般提供されるものではありません。
利用できる対象
本ツールは、運営者が所有権を持ち、かつ運営者自身が明示的に認可した YouTube チャンネルに対してのみ利用できます。他者が保有するチャンネルに対して利用することはできません。
YouTube の規約との関係
本ツールは YouTube API Services を利用します。利用者は YouTube 利用規約 に拘束されます。また本ツールによる Google からの情報の取り扱いは Google プライバシーポリシー に従います。
禁止事項
- 本ツールを用いて、運営者が所有しないチャンネルを操作すること
- YouTube の規約・コミュニティガイドラインに反する内容を投稿すること
- YouTube の不正利用防止の仕組み（本人確認等）を回避しようとする利用
免責
本ツールは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、本ツールの利用によって生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
規約の変更
本規約は変更されることがあります。変更した場合は本ページの最終更新日を改めます。

Scope
These Terms apply to the use of YouTube Operations Platform (the "Tool"). The Tool is intended for the operator's internal use and is not offered to the general public.
Permitted use
The Tool may be used only with YouTube channels that the operator owns and has explicitly authorized. It may not be used with channels owned by others.
Relationship to YouTube terms
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. Users are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Prohibited conduct
- Operating channels that the operator does not own
- Publishing content that violates YouTube's terms or Community Guidelines
- Any use that attempts to circumvent YouTube's abuse-prevention measures, including identity verification
Disclaimer
The Tool is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from its use.
