本ツールは第三者へサービスとして提供するものではありません。 運営者が所有権を持ち、かつ運営者自身が明示的に認可したチャンネルに対してのみ動作します。
何をするツールか
本ツールは、複数の YouTube チャンネルを少人数で安全に運営するために作られています。チャンネルが増えるほど、 「どのチャンネルに、誰の承認で、何を投稿したか」が追えなくなります。本ツールはその記録と確認を機械側で引き受けます。

取り扱う情報と、その守り方
- 認証情報（refresh token）は暗号化して保管します。平文では保管も表示もしません。
- 暗号鍵はチャンネル単位に分離しています。1 チャンネルの鍵を破棄すると、そのチャンネルの認証情報だけが復号できなくなります。
- Google アカウントのパスワードは取得も保管もしません。
- 取得した情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。

About this application (English)
YouTube Operations Platform is an internal operations tool used by its operator to manage YouTube channels that the operator owns. It is not offered to third parties as a service, and it operates only on channels that the operator owns and has explicitly authorized.
What it does
- Publishing. Uploads produced videos to the target channel after a human has reviewed and approved the title, description, and privacy setting.
- Destination verification. Before publishing, it confirms that the currently connected channel is the same as the registered target channel, to prevent publishing to the wrong channel.
- Post-publish reconciliation. It compares what was published against what was approved, and notifies an operator on any mismatch rather than silently correcting it.
- Operational reporting. It retrieves view counts and audience retention so operators can decide which programs to continue.
How data is handled
- OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted. They are never stored, displayed, or logged in plaintext.
- Encryption keys are isolated per channel, so destroying one channel's key renders only that channel's credentials unrecoverable.
- Google account passwords are never collected or stored.
- Retrieved data is never provided to third parties.
