本ツールについて
YouTube Operations Platform（以下「本ツール」）は、運営者が自ら保有する YouTube チャンネルを管理するための社内運用ツールです。第三者に対してサービスとして提供するものではありません。
取得する情報
本ツールは、運営者が明示的に認可した Google アカウントについて、以下の情報にアクセスします。
- YouTube チャンネルの識別情報（チャンネル ID・チャンネル名）
- 動画のメタデータ（タイトル・説明・公開範囲）
- YouTube Analytics のレポート（再生数・視聴時間など）
情報の利用目的
取得した情報は、次の目的にのみ利用します。
- 運営者が保有するチャンネルへの動画の投稿
- 投稿内容が承認された内容と一致しているかの確認
- チャンネルの運用状況の把握
情報の保管
- 認証情報（refresh token）は暗号化して保管します。平文では保管しません。
- 暗号鍵はチャンネル単位に分離しています。
- Google アカウントのパスワードは取得も保管もしません。
第三者提供
取得した情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。
情報の削除
- 運営者はいつでも接続を解除でき、解除時に保管された認証情報を削除します。

Google アカウントの「アプリの権限」画面からも、本ツールの権限を取り消せます。
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions - チャンネルを第三者へ譲渡する際は、本ツール側に保管された認証情報を削除したことを確認してから完了とします。
Google ユーザーデータの限定的使用
本ツールによる Google API から取得した情報の利用および他アプリへの提供は、限定的使用要件を含む Google API Services User Data Policy に準拠します。

About this application
YouTube Operations Platform (the "Tool") is an internal operations tool used by its operator to manage YouTube channels that the operator owns. It is not offered to third parties as a service.
Information we access
For Google accounts that the operator has explicitly authorized, the Tool accesses:
- YouTube channel identifiers (channel ID and channel name)
- Video metadata (title, description, privacy status)
- YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time)
How we use it
- Publishing videos to channels owned by the operator
- Verifying that published content matches what was approved by a human
- Understanding the operational status of each channel
Storage
- OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted, never in plaintext.
- Encryption keys are isolated per channel.
- Google account passwords are never collected or stored.
Sharing
We do not provide any retrieved information to third parties.
Deletion
- The operator can disconnect at any time; stored credentials are deleted upon disconnection.
- Access can also be revoked from the Google account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- When a channel is transferred to a third party, the transfer is considered complete only after stored credentials have been confirmed deleted.
Limited Use of Google user data
The Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
